7% Sale tax will be added to the total package. All travel expenses are based on the distance between the EVENT location(s) and Molina Vision Media mailing address. For all EVENT(S), the first 50 miles of travel to EVENT location(s) are included. All miles in excess of 50 miles are charged at $1.50 per mile. A cost of $250 per hour for additional filming time.
